Ideally located to visit tourist attractions within reasonable radius. Piggs Peak town 1km away and provides all necessary shops, fuel stations and off course a KFC."

The only drawback is that one cannot park directly in front of the hotel which is also an advantage as one is not disturbed by traffic noise .

Our booking description on the rooms & no of beds aren't the same, i have to contact the owner to get me another xtra beds. Also, 1 of the unit we gotten a rocking bed frame.

"Location was very tropical and peaceful … nicely tucked away. Tony is an amazing service person and goes above and beyond. He’s very attentive he’s a great resource for things to do as well."

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

It's not often that we've met such helpful and nice staff members. The room was clean, comfortable, and so much better than a lot of other places we stayed at on our trip in Guatemala. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely book it again if we ever go back to Antigua."

From the very first moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome – everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive, which created a really warm and relaxing atmosphere. The views were absolutely beautiful and we could truly enjoy and admire them during our stay. It made the whole experience even more special. Both the dinner and the breakfast were delicious and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Everything was very well taken care of and we felt really comfortable throughout our stay. It's not a complaint as it didn't cause a problem, but the only thing to mention was that the reception wasn't open before 10am, so we had to let the cleaning staff know we were checking out and give our keys to them as the reception was closed.

"The staff were so helpful and friendly, Gigi speaks fluent English which is pretty rare in Mongolia so that made it easy. They also were super helpful when my partner left his phone in a taxi from the airport- they got it back! The rooms were big, warm and clean, the shower was hot and the view was nice."

We arrived at midnight and the entrance is a dark scary looking carpark, the door is steel and we couldn’t work out how to get in. The hostel is on the 4th floor so good idea to get a SIM card (free from airport) and call when you arrive if you get stuck. A helpful man in the carpark helped us get in which was so lucky. We would stay again, next time we’ll know how to get in!

"Great location by the sea and near the harbour. Nice, old-fashioned interior decoration, mirroring the age of some of the buildings. Very friendly staff who let us keep our freezer packs in their freezer. We went kayaking for one night, could leave our car at their parking lot, and when we came back we could use their facilities to get a fresh water shower."

"The location just off the highway was perfect for me and I was able to book it on the travel day. There was a comfortable family vibe and the staff was extremely friendly. They made me perfect fried eggs for breakfast, served in a beautifully decorated room that had a large selection of bread, jams, cheeses, meat cuts, yoghurt, cereals, fresh juice, different kinds of coffee and tea."

The main entrance was closed at arrival, so I had to find the barn door to get in. There are parking spaces in front of the property, but if you arrive during dinner service, these might be taken by restaurant guests.

The location was a but challenging, nothing to eat close by or to have a walk, but the owner was driving us everywhere, they were so nice
