"Staff were great, Facilities were great, Room clean & a good size, Food very good, The grounds really well maintained."

Our room was cold, Maintenance came to sort it out but he didn't really know much about the thermostat, said he sorted it and it won't take long to heat uo, but never did, wasn't ideal with a little baby, said baby was asleep by time we realised it wasn't heating up. A small blemish on what was otherwise a really nice stay.

If butter is served cold and honey is included, then it will become better.

"Great value for the money. The hotel is completely renovated with super nice rooms and facilities. Please ignore previous comments about not being completed. The entire area is beautiful. We had the pleasure to visit multiple restaurants and all of them had great food. Recommend to book them already the first night to make sure that you have a spot. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was always clean and filled up with water, drinks and snacks. Pools and beach is great with plenty of options for everyone."

The only negative aspect is that a big portion of the staff doesn’t speak English, so sometimes it can be a bit tricky to communicate, but it is always sorted out somehow. The resort is huge(you have access to all other hotels under the palladium umbrella), sometimes it can be a bit tricky to navigate. You can take out how many towels you want, so people tend to book up a lot of spots without really using them. When arriving later to the beach, it was usually difficult to find something. Recommendation would be to limit the number of towels a room can take out.

"Everything was excellent.the food was very delicious everyday has every menu (that’s what we like it very much).The staff also especially in the reception was very nice and approachable.on our first day it was a little bit confusing to go in our room but there is a man a very nice man who came with us to show our room and how to get in there.Our stay was definitely perfect we came there to have a relaxation,forget the tiredness in work and also to enjoy the kids and it was really really worth it. Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely polite. They made us feel very welcome. The facilities of the indoor pool and spa are very clean and well kept. The gym is a plus - very clean and well equipped with a nice view, and it it is open 24/7. The room was very clean. We were given an upgrade, which we appreciated immensely. We ate at The Essence of India which is one of the restaurants at the hotel, and it was to die for. A must when visiting Malta! Overall, a lovely weekend stay, nice and relaxing."

The gym itself is well equipped and clean but can only be reached from the outside. We were there in winter and it was very windy to reach it. So make sure to get a jacket. For the ladies, make sure to have a shower cap on hand as unfortunately our room had a fixed hanging shower faucet which was not ideal but doable. The breakfast is by set time seating, so make sure to plan your stay and book accordingly. When it came to the breakfast food although very good in taste and quality, it was not as vast as I would have expected - especially the desserts. I am a chocolate lover, and there was only one chocolate sponge cake and one choc-au-pain. I am a nutella lover and would have loved a nutella croissant or something along that sort of dessert for breakfast. I however emphasise on how polite and helpful the staff are!

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

The food in the restaurant was very poor - surprisingly for a country like Kyrgyzstan where generally the food is excellent

In general, I really did like the property. It is perhaps not as fresh as it could be however that is part of its attraction.

A little tired in places - could do with a bit of a spruce up such as a lick of paint on all the walls, new carpets in the common areas (stairs) etc. Seemed to be a lot of staff but not a lot of guests (although the staff were lovely).
