"The territory is huge with a lake and a river, very green, and wild (they don’t seem to do any trimming or gardening there) So it has its charm. This part is exceptional, and very attractive"

Mainly that the experience does not correspond with the price, which would fit a 5-star hotel. Here everybody’s friendly and they try their best, but it feels like it’s the first time they are being a waiter, a host etc.

"The park felt luxurious - it was a pleasure to walk around the beautifully appointed houses and grounds. The staff were fantastic - in reception and in the restaurant. We had a small issue with the house that was resolved quickly and with great communication from the resort team. Our cottage (205 Castello type) had a beautiful location on the water - loved that view every day - the swans came to see us (looking for food obviously). The living room was a great space for the 4 of us. The restaurant was great - nice location, service and good food. Pool was small but sufficent for a short dip and cool off. Park location was a shortish walk to Quackstrand (Haringvliet) Mini market has just enough products for emergencies plus a little more - you will need a supermarket for a bigger choice,"

Beds were not comfortable at all - seemed to be a mattrass on top of another mattrass. Sometimes felt like you were going to fall out of bed. Bed comfort is the main reason for not scoring this property at 9+. Would have loved either airco to cool the house down or to be able to have the ability to open the doors/windows and have a screen to prevent insects/ mosquitoes getting in. Only option to cool the house down was open doors/ windows.

The bed was not very comfy, but all the rest was fine.

"The hotel is perfectly placed in a wonderful landscape, the staff is very helpful especially the receptionist, anfrila! My motorbike was always protected during the night from a security guy on a private parking!"

"As everywhere in the world, in the hotel business, it’s always the people who make the real difference - and here, the staff is truly exceptional. Everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to assist with any request. I had to wait a bit for my coffee in the morning, but that’s totally fine since many guests were ordering at the same time and there was only one barista. I still got exactly the coffee I asked for, along with a fresh orange juice. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, a lovely experience!"

The food quality should be improved a lot, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The swimming pool board is made of wood, which gets very slippery: both me and my child fell and got hurt

"The property location was great easy to find and if you know negril it’s on the hip strip. The property was well kept and clean. It’s a home away from home. The host was exceptional with constant checking up to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend an for future stay. I want to say thanks to the host Witold for his exceptional customer service."

The Wifi could be better in the apartments and the TV had only certain hours of transmission,,,, but maybe better for a relax vacation

Está limpio , pudimos hacer una BBQ para compartir . Isabella y Shaun en contacto siempre comunicación fluida . Dormimos de maravilla las camas cómodas . Al estar en la montaña es normal encontrar insectos , nada fuera de lo común ."

"La ubicacion es fantastica, increible ver el cielo con un sinfin de estrellas. Muy amable tambien el dueño y lo mejor es que el check out es despues de las 10."

Lo unico es un poco dificil el acceso con el auto si te tocan los glamping de mas arriba, sugeriria marcar mejor los caminos y cortar un poco las plantas de los costados, igual se entiende que este así para darle un aspecto mas natural, pero se complica a la hora de manejar.

"In our journey around Issyk-Kul, here we had the best beds/mattresses and here we could sleep in a dark room when closing the curtains. We also enjoyed the proximity of the lake. We had dinner at Uigur restaurant at the main road (highly recommended). The owner was extremely helpful with everything we need."

The walk to to the beach is not bad it is right across the street however it is not a main beach so make sure to have water shoes. we didn't swim there and walked down to the area's with most of the resorts. That is a solid 20-30 minute walk one way. The only issue with walking was that if you want restaurants they are down there so having a car would be more convenient.

"De gastvrouw was echt heel fijn. Super ontvangst. Het huisje was helemaal top. Het was een nieuw huisje dus het was helemaal top. Het is nog een domein in opbouw dus wij waren helemaal alleen. Super fijn. Het uitzicht was heel mooi."

Er lag veel rommel in de bungalow die niet noodzakelijk was. Die spullen zorgde voor een rommelige indruk. Ook het eten van de vorige bewoners hoeven niet. Een basis van peper, zout en olie zijn prima. Maar zakken chips, halve flessen wijn,...maken het wat vies. Maar helemaal een prima verblijf.
