Intermittent electricity due to poor infrastructure in Mount Hagen. The room is outside off a veranda so when it rains and the wind blows you might also get wet when going inside to use the toilet. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and slightly larger room.

Facing the emergency situation, Mr Fadiga kindly confirmed and ensure there would be a room available for me. He told me that Mr Manet would pick me up from the airport and all promises were kept. Mr Manet was professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. He took me everyday to the the conference I had come to attend (1 hour away) and back. He was always punctual and easy to reach. This was an excellent service. The room was very large and clean. The hot water tank, air con and TV worked perfectly."

"Amazing and chilled place to stay just a few metres from great restaurants and the main plaza. Naum is the heart and soul of the hostel. He manages everything and takes good care of everything. The dorms are basic, the kitchen well equipped and breakfast included. Would recommend it any time"

The cleanliness and the condition of furniture need an upgrade! The cabinet needs to be ripped out and replaced, stove and items need a deep clean and shower needs a proper shower head sorta spittled as opposed to showered.

We stayed in the main house which has huge windows overlooking the pool so not at all private. There were often workers milling around in front in the morning. Lack of a private outdoor dining area. Shame there's no balcony on the bedroom side overlooking the sea.

"We loved the courtyard where we had our breakfast which we put together from supplies from a nearby supermarket and the street fruit vendors. As shown on the wesite, the courtyard is a truly delightful spot, especially in a sunny morning, and important if you wish to eat or chat with your fellow travellers, as our rooms were too small for that. The staff were kind an helpful, and the daily room service and available linen service, ensured a clean room (and clean clothes). The location was close to where our conference was held and in a short walking distance the the lakeside, parliament house etc. Other city sights, the Plaza shopping mall, etc were usually an inexpensive taxi ride away."

The absence of wi-fi and difficulties getting an internet connection the courtyard and my room was a real inconvenience, only solved by purchasing a local sim and forgetting about my usual roaming arrangement for keeping in touch with family back home.

По информация от сайта - размерът на стаята е 15 кв.м. За стая Nо 2 тази квадратура вероятно включва и банята, и балкона. Стаята е изключително малка. За една-две нощи е ОК, но за по-дълга ваканция за двама не е за предпочитане. Би било добре да се постави закачалка за връхни дрехи (към момента липсва).

"absolutely top ', nice and kind is the owner. We were absolutely excited by breakfast - everything was fresh and homemade and we got the stories about all products which were used. We loved it and we will come with pleasure again. We can only recommended. and like a bonus, we can stay with our small dog, what was the first time in the existence of this hotel. Thank you again. "Perfect apartment just in front of the sea and at 50 meters to your swim. Quiet, clean, big, and very good host. Yes, a little bit away from the village, 1 kilometer?, but it is just a matter of a short walk. Defenetely we do recomend it. We wish we could have staid longer Many thanks 😊"
