"The beachfront location of the hotel, right on the strip, is stunning. Despite the seaweed season starting earlier this year, it didn’t prevent us from enjoying a swim. However, there was noticeably less seaweed cleaning compared to other all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. Food can be quite hit or miss. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a wide range of brunch, national and international options, plus a smoothie corner. However, the dinner buffet felt quite limited. For snacks, there’s a pizza corner with very good pizza, as well as a burger/hot dog/nachos stand, which was also very good. As for the restaurants, the Italian was disappointing, the Mexican canteen was average, but the Brazilian steakhouse was a real highlight—excellent quality and experience. The spa treatments were very professional and impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch."

"On the downside, the rooms feel dated and could benefit from refurbishment. There’s no booking system for the restaurants, which can lead to long waiting times. The resort also has only one main pool, which makes it feel less spacious compared to other resorts I’ve visited — though that’s a personal preference. Lastly, and this may be more of a Cancún-wide issue than specific to this hotel, avoid the “presentations” where you’re offered discounts on tours or spa services. You’re told it will take 15 minutes, but we ended up losing almost five hours of our holiday. It’s essentially a sales pitch for an expensive membership (costing thousands of USD), presented as tailored to your travel needs, but it really isn’t."

"Staff are great!!! Food /restaurant options great - mostly really good too Loved having the different pool options - you have to go down early to get your preferred location ... people save with towels then go do things all day Lots of things to do for families/groups to party. City buses cheap but take the time to learn which to take for what because they are busy and getting caught on a full bus without air conditioning can be a rough trip. Room itself was great in size & comfort"

"Very noisy-not relaxing at all. Pool activity microphone way too loud, hallway noise very loud, and worst is the construction of new hotel beside!! Meant everything else needed to be louder and totally destroys what I imagine was a beautiful view! Location - not an enjoyable/ walkable area; so much construction in the whole area of this part of the hotel zone was very disappointing. I couldn't participate in any of the night shows at the hotel (they looked cool!) because of the constant flow of fake smoke they used with every show - so there was a constant haze and incense odor every night ...one night it consumed the whole reception and bar area."
