"Constantly feeling like you are trying to be kinda scammed- we booked 2 bedrooms (so 2 adjoining rooms with 2 separate room numbers originally saying to accomodate 8 people) for 4 people and we had to pay 50 usd every day for 2 extra breakfasts because we were told those were not included and they were booked only for 2 adults and 2 children. afterwards I also read that it was an issue for many. I’ve stayed in many different properties around the world and this is honestly a scam. If this was included in the price we would have paid it absolutely fine but why ask for this on top? Also booking an ocean view room and being given one on second floor with trees overshadowing the whole view was ridiculous. We were even told at the reception the ocean view means that you are direction wise positioned to the ocean, lol. I added the picture of the view. Thankful for the lovely manager that changed our room after further complaints"

"Our family spent wonderfull time in Royal Solaris Cancun. The room was very clean and spacious. All the staff was very nice and helpfull. The quality and variety of food was very good. I would like to say special thanks to Gabriela (dinner manager) who help us to manage gluten free food for our daughter during our stay, but also other staff was very helpfull during breakfast and lunch. We didnt have any issue with food. We really appreciate that our stay was safe for our daughter. Many thanks, we recommend for trip to Cancun."

"We were not able to have dinner in San Marco restaurant during our stay. The reservesiat made by reception at our check in at 21.00 was not feasible for us as we were with 7 years old child. Also reservtions for other days with the app were also not possible, the capacity seems to be very low. The preparation of gluten free food last sometimes too long (one dinner almost 1 hour) but we understand they need to prepare it separetelly."
