"This is a nice little house on a property in the little village Escamequita. The host is super responsive. The house is nicely decorated. The shower has warm water. It's a perfect place for people who like to stay in quieter areas. The beach El Yankee is only 5 minutes away (by car) and Playa Hermosa 20 minutes. We stayed in middle of October so there was still some rain and you need a 4WD to get around. But that is normal. Two big supermarkets are accessible close to San Juan del Sur. Lots to explore."
