"Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The room was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The food was delicious and fresh, with a great variety of options to choose from. A special thank you to the owner, who welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. "The service and food were fine. Room was spacious and clean. Beautiful and peaceful location. The kitchen catered for our specific preferences as my husband and son do not eat meat and chicken and my daughter doesn't eat octopus."

No shampoo available and i wasnt aware of same before booking else would have brought mine. Towels stayed wet and had to use same both for shower and pool. Amenities should be provided to allow for wet clothes and towels to dry, like a drying line in the bathroom.

There were regular power cuts in the city during our stay (not the hotels fault). The roads outside can be quite noisy at times

"Good staff, Allowed early check in, walking distance to main part of town. Supermarket 1 block away. Wifi worked well."

"Excellent property! Clean, comfortable, affordable and really well located, next to the MTR and bus stop. Communication between the host was quick. Self check in and out. HIGHLY recommended!!!!"

The lift to floor 13 is busy, just remember when catching the airport bus.

You cannot walk to the beach. Taxis are expensive.

The hotel is next to the freeway, so avoid rooms close to front due to constant traffic noise.

"The place is simply wonderful: in an amazing location, away from all the noise on Flores island, but only a 3-minute boat ride away from there. The rooms are clean, spatious and charming. As for the staff, they will do anything possible to make your stay pleasant. And then of course there is Erick, the man who will organize everything for you, from the amenities of your room to your excursions to the ruins. Zapote Tree Inn immensely exceeded my expectations."

"The Pavillion Suite is lovely and has a wonderful view on the Lake Bienvenue. It is a generous size and feels like a small flat!"

The breakfast was not good at all - very messy, congested and the food quality was poor. The kitchenette would have benefited from a hob cooker so as to be able to cook meals as otherwise the suite was well equipped

Weddings on weekends. If you prefer peace and quiet, make sure you don’t book over the weekend.

it was not really easy to find because there were no signs or something like this, but all the business next to her were nice and immediately recognized that we were searching the hotel and they helped us.

It's a bit far from the beach and from the parties at night (but at least you can explore the whole village)
