No hot shower, which was inconvenient. Noisy installations that affected comfort (water pump, no well isolated for insects) The check-in process was a bit complicated, but since it's a family-run business, we were understanding.

"Stayed in the deluxe Junior Suite. They have renovated the place and now rooms look nice. We were leaving early and they packed us quite a good breakfast. Staff were friendly and responsive."

Furniture and rugs are a little old. Needs to be renewed.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

"The room and around fit to the explanation and pictures. Breakfast was basic and tasty. We came in October when season is over. The owner cook a dinner for us. It was quite expensive (30 euro par person taking a fish, 15 - with no fish), but tasty. Wine was exceptional. It was better then drive in the dark to the restaurant and back (the road is not easy even during the daylight). Adrian made the welcome. Very nice guy with good English. The owner, Vasko (sorry if a spell the name wrongly) is very nice guy. Able to speak Russian. Show us the winery. The wine is exceptional. Very quite place. The views are stunning."

The only one thing was not OK - in one of the rooms (we took 2) water in the shower drains poorly - floor was full of water.

"A lovely quiet residential neighbourhood . Lots of birds in the garden . Lovely pool and outdoor seating area. We could walk out of our room to the pool and terrace. Marian looked after us very well ."

The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. this could be improved: -the beach has a lot of potential, buiding a nice peer with stairs for a sea swim would make it much better -there isnt enough shade in the garden and the sun is punishing -the trees on the beach have fruits that hurt when falling, as part of garden maintenance they should be shuffled to drop the fruits upfront -the restaurant options both for breakfast, meals and snacks, leaves out a lot of the good things of Sao Tome. Look at your competitor Riu, for instance, they always have a section with local treats
