"The apartment was small but lovely and clean and had most things we needed."
"Not that we didn't like but we had to buy a small sharp knife for cutting things. No great expense so we have left it there for others to use. Maybe proper cereal bowls would of been good but we coped with what we had. The only suggestion we have going forward is the bathroom does not need to be as big as it is for just two people using it, it could be half the size which would give a little more space in the living area."

"L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Le propriétaire répond très rapidement aux questions. Les voisines sont deux dames très sympathiques et la poubelle se trouve à l'entrée de l'immeuble. Appartement extrêmement confortable, je le recommande à tous. La salle de bain est immense ; un conseil : installez un lave-linge, ce sera parfait. On y trouve tout le nécessaire ! Je le recommande à tous."

"Es waren Teebeutel, Nespressokapseln, Zucker etc vorhanden. Die Einrichtung war komplett. Wir haben den Vermieter nicht getroffen, aber er hat uns mehrmals kontaktiert und Infos zu z.B. Restaurants gegeben."

"De ligging is fantastisch, de rust op het eiland, de hoeveelheid soorten vogels waaronder een groene specht die de hele dag rond het huis fladderde en het gras om spitte, op loopafstand de bakkers in Rosiers, de grote keuken en woonkamer De badkamers en toiletten zien er verzorgd uit. De ruimtes zijn zoals op de foto’s te zien is. Mooi is ook de autentieke uitstraling van de houten deuren en ramen met luiken, mogelijk wel enige uitdaging in de herfst-, winterperiode als het vochtiger en kouder is. De openhaard en CV bieden dan waarschijnlijk wel de nodige warmte. Qua hygiene: badkamers en toiletten waren heel schoon. In de woonkamer en slaapkamers was wel e.e.a.aan spinnenrag en stof te zien. Mogelijk is het enorm hoge plafond in de woonkamer de uitdagende factor. Er was een klein issue met de wifi, in overleg met de eigenaren is dit prima opgelost. Het contact met Sam en Paul verliep erg prettig en snel."
"The spaciousness and lightness of the apartment and the furniture. The local Beauregard square (1 minute away) had a very good supermarket and a few other shops and a couple of restaurants/bars. It is on the edge of the university area. Car parking space in the basement. Five minutes off the ring road. About a 12 minute bus ride into the centre of Rennes. The stop was just across the square (C4 west). 2 euro fare. The towels were great.. We used the apartment as a base for 4 nights, tripping to mont st michel by bus (75 minutes) and St Malo by train (55 minutes) and Rennes itself. The apartment was just right for us."
"The mobile homes felt like they had just been refurbished, everything felt new and fresh. The evenings were just starting to cool down so it was great to have heating. Our mobile home was spacious with a large deck with bbq and out door furniture. Easy walk into the town or short drive to the Verdon Gorge. You could order fresh pastries and bread from reception. Our stay was very quiet offering pretty views."
