"Very good location, good connections by tram and buses with airport and other parts of cities. Ana is super friendly and gave us great tips for what to see around Nice. Apartment is a small, but have everything you need and terrace also."

"I loved the location and simplicity of the property. Easy access to everything. The studio has everything you needed for a short stay. Very efficient with the available space. Beautiful view of the ocean and relaxing balcony. Small kitchen for simple meals, pull-out bed for space which was very comfortable. Lovely place, thank you!"

"Well equipped and designed. Perfect location near the promenade, the old town and lots of nice restaurants. There was also a supermarket selling absolutely everything just beside the studio. The host Anna was lovely and helpful."

"We stayed at Le Bout du Monde one night on our return journey to the UK. This was a lovely place to stay, The room, situated in a self-contained outbuilding, was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served with a range of delicious fruits from the garden, along with gluten-free bread for my wife, who is a coeliac sufferer. The local town, Arras, is lovely and interesting; we left wishing we could have stayed longer."
