"Promiscuité avec les autres logements, on entend tout quand on est dehors. Rien pour poser sa serviette et ses vêtements dans la salle de bain, il faudrait un porte manteau ou une chaise pliante. Bon lit mais peu pratique car celui du fond doit passer par-dessus l'autre... Pas simple de se garer dans la rue à certaines heures."

"Beautiful old farmhouse that has been fully renovated internally. Inside is set up as separate areas each with bathrooms and kitchens albeit our two families just used the main kitchen. Gave a useful amount of separation for our kids etc. Large garden and pool which is fastidiously maintained: we’ve had problems in other properties with the pools having insane amounts of chemicals added- not here: pool was clean, warm and usable. Nicely located just north of Sarlat for the usual attractions, shops etc so a great base from which ti explore. Note: it was 40°+ during our stay so the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a godsend. Alex, the concierge, was very helpful and speaks much better English than my French for which I was very grateful! The proprietor pops in from time to time to clean the pool and garden and is interesting to chat to about the history of the house. All said, a lovely holiday in a beautiful house."
