"Very convenient location. A direct tram route to the sea. Supermarkets are just 100 meters from the apartment. Downstairs there is a bakery with fresh croissants for your morning coffee. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is located on the quiet side of the apartment. The living room with a balcony faces the street with the tram line, which should be taken into account by people with sensitive sleep. Pleasant and friendly welcome and communication."

"Het zwembad (voorzien van alarm voor kleinere kinderen) was fantastisch, met een ondiep deel waar je kan zitten; we konden overal staan dus ideaal, en toch kan je zwemmen en duiken. Ook het terras was aangenaam en rond het zwembad altijd ergens schaduw (bv onder een vijgenboom). Rustige buurt. Gratis parkeren voor het huis is ook altijd meegnomen. Ideale uitvalsbasis om La Rochelle en de eilandjes te bezoeken. Rolluiken heel goed om warmte buiten te houden. Keuken alles erop en eraan. Heel goed contact met eigenaars, reageren snel."
