"Close to Nice Ville train station, bus connections, Promenade des Anglais and all sorts of shops and restaurants. The property is located at the end of a side street in Gambetta and, probably for that reason, is quiet at night. Heating and air conditioning work well."
"The dresser drawers were malfunctioning. I could only open one properly (but I only needed one). The shower tray wasn't clean. I cleaned it myself before using it, using the cleaning supplies provided. The host was friendly and offered to fix it immediately in both cases."

Vous avez tous ce qu'il faut en arrivant , de plus la propreté est nickel ( poussière, vaisselle , draps ...) "Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille à La Maison du Soleil & du Calme. C'était une première pour notre hôte et il s'est démené pour nous mettre dans les meilleures conditions possibles. L'espace extérieur avec le barbecue est très appréciable pour passer des moments conviviaux tout comme le grand espace cuisine."
