"I didn't purchase breakfast - it was clean, comfortable and effective"
"check in was bizarre - had a electronic system that didn't recognise my booking code. Had to phone them to find that my keycard had been left in a drawer for me to collect - but no message in advance to that effect. No kettle in room"

Not sure if I misread the booking but the other places booked have been all in price wise apart from city tax which is very little. I was still happy with my overall deal. I was looking forward to a nice cup of coffee but the machine was not at its best that day but the kind lady offered to heat up milk separately so all good in the end 😎"
