"la maison est vraiment très bien , conforme aux photos et descriptif. à proximité de la plage et du centre ville, pas besoin de voiture. maison tres cocooning, avec tout ce qu il faut pour etre comme chez soi ! une cheminée se faire des soirées au coin du feu! hôte à l ecoute, disponible et qui donne de bon conseil! on y retournera sans hésiter ! 👍"

"Déco, confort propreté et terrasse.Marc le propriétaire a pensé à tout, pas de place perdue, équipement super complet et tout est en état impeccable."

"Le carrefour est un passage obligé vers d'autres quartiers, il y a donc du trafic de jour comme de nuit. Les voisins font rénover leur bien et donc du bruit indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire."

"C’était sympa! C’est vrai, on peut entendre les bruits de voisinage ou la toilette( oui, elle fait un drôle de bruit), mais ca nous a pas dérangé personnellement, jamais trouvé en France un endroit où on n’entend pas les voisins, après- sont des vieilles maisons maintenu au maximum possible, c’est l’histoire sur place. On s’est bien retrouvé Chacune avec son lit. On a pu cuisiner tranquillement. L’appareil fait pas que micro-ondes, il a plusieurs fonctions, pratique. Il avait des produit de nettoyage si besoin. Les draps, les serviettes tout était fourni. La ville-magnifique, l’appartement vraiment deux pas de la plage et deux pas du commerce. Merci pour ce magnifique endroit et la chaleur de l’appartement ♥️."
