"Great location, just a few minutes from the centre of Deauville, a supermarket close by, the area feels very safe and peaceful. The apartment is very good value for money in my opinion and the online photos give you a good idea of what to expect. Very good view of the racecourse."
"It was clean, but the bathroom floor might have been better. Also, I think the duvet needs a clean as there was a faint smell from it. My preference would be for white cotton bed linen, but it was not a problem. A toaster would be a useful addition to the kitchen."

"A convenient location with respect to the beach, port, shops; a magnificent view onto the hippodrome. The kitchen includes different nice equipments for a spartan yet convenient stay. The bathroom is newly done and clean. The number of plug sockets covers all reasonable needs. The WiFi was good. The host was instantly ready to answer all inquiries."
"The house as a whole (outside the apartment) is not clean, not giving an impression of being well maintained. Being also not new, it emits strange smells (apparently from the bathroom). The ventilation helps, though."

"We had a wonderful time here! Would like to come back. Yes, there were plenty of stairs up to the apartement, but we like training, so it was super for us! :-) A cute apartement, we lacked nothing. The location was great, both near the beach walk and the square with restaurants."
"The house is impressive. Our apartment was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was well appointed. The lounge and big sofa was very Social. The bedrooms were also good. We really enjoyed the added bonus of being able to use the downstairs kitchen with a fire and the billiard room for a meal, once we had cleared that with the Team. The entrance hall and staircase really make the place feel grand, but it also feels very homely."
"L'appartement est au 1er étage avec vu sur la route, mais calme. Le propriétaire m'a remis les clés et m'a fait visiter le logement. Il a été réceptif et m'a donné toutes les instructions. Il est bien placé, car il est tout près de la ville, on y accède facilement, et à la gare des trains, un peu plus loin mais très accessible à pied. Nous avions la télé ainsi qu'une connexion Wifi. Nous avions tout le nécessaire pour nos jours passés dans ce logement et confortable. Les photos montrent bien l'appartement comme il est."

"WOW! What a beautiful gite in a lovely quiet little village. Perfect for relaxing and taking it easy. We were warmly welcomed by Philippe who has restored his gite to a very high standard with great facilities. Super clean and lovely furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen with great facilities. Very comfy bed and the spa bath and sauna is a big bonus. Nice tranquil outside seating area with views over the fields. Only stayed for one night sadly but we will return. Thank you for a great stay Philippe."
