"Maison Hubert presents several beautifully restored apartments in a quiet, tranquil part of the city. Walking to the centre is easy through elegant, cobbled streets. Our apartment was simply perfect; comfortable beds with crisp linen, spotlessly clean, stylish decor and high-quality finishes. There is no noise at all at night - the heating was just right and we could open windows to air our room if we wanted. Maddy and Semplice could not have done more to help us settle in and find our way around the city. The breakfasts were utterly delicious. Top marks for an excellent place to stay in Bordeaux."

"Le domaine de Barbe est merveilleusement situé dans un endroit idyllique qui est une invitation à la quiétude et au bonheur! Après avoir passé devant un élevage de chevaux, vous verrez sur votre gauche un portail sur lequel s’engage un chemin de pierres qui longe un champs de lavandes. Une magnifique bâtisse vous attend au bout avec un parking couvert. Vous bénéficierez certainement d’un accueil chaleureux de ses propriétaires. Notre chambre était moderne, confortable et joliment décorée. Sa vue sur le jardin et le Mont Ventoux est splendide. Le jardin offre plein d’espaces pour en profiter et d’une piscine. Le petit déjeuner est absolument délicieux avec des produits frais. On en rêve encore! Enfin, Uma, la gentille chienne vous invitera peut-être à jouer avec elle pour votre plus grand bonheur partagé! :-)"

"The decoration is really pretty and brings the flat alive. It might be slightly small even for two people, but for a weekend it is good. The flat is well located and is 10 minutes away from the mall (by foot). There are lots of plates, glasses etc. There is washing up liquid, a sponge, and a dish towel. There is salt, oil, and vinegar."
