L'Imprévu er búsettur við rætur Belledonne-fjallgarðsins í 5 hektara garði og býður upp á útisundlaug sem er opin hluta af árinu. Tjaldþorpið er settur við hliðina á stöðuvatni og hægt er að fara í gönguferðir og veiði frá gististaðnum. L'Imprévu býður upp á fjallaskála og hjólhýsi, öll með sérverönd eða garðsvæði og fjallaútsýni. Gistirýmin eru upphituð og búin baðkari eða sturtu og salerni á sérbaðherberginu. Ókeypis Wi-Fi Internet og flatskjásjónvarp eru innifalin. Í öllum fjallaskálum og hjólhýsum er að finna ofn, eldavél og kaffivél. Á staðnum er ávaxta- og grænmetisbúð og pítsustaður þar sem hægt er að taka matinn með sér. Fleiri veitingastaðir og matvöruverslun eru í innan við 5 km fjarlægð frá gististaðnum. Pétanque og grillaðstaða eru í boði á staðnum. Gestir geta heimsótt safnið og kastalann í Vizille, í 5 km fjarlægð. Chamrousse-skíðadvalarstaðurinn er í 30 mínútna akstursfjarlægð. Grenoble er í 20 km fjarlægð og Grenoble-Isère-flugvöllurinn er í 65 km fjarlægð. Ókeypis einkabílastæði eru í boði á staðnum.
