"The house was beautiful and it was in a very convenient location. The actual host himself was also very helpful, just not the rental agency."

We called the number that booking.com supplied and no one picked up even when it said to hold for emergencies. However my friend found the number of the host who picked up quickly and was very helpful however the system needs some work and this was extremely stressful."
