"L'appartement en lui-même est vraiment agréable à proximité des pistes et des commerces. Il est très bien équipé."

"La taque électrique est très longue à chauffer et le chauffage à chaussures ne fonctionnait pas. Après ce n'est pas très grave, nous avons passé un agréable séjour."

"Malgré un petit malentendu lors de la réservation, merci à Booking et Cocoonr pour leurs professionnalismes. Nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de l'appartement Les Nards, qui est mieux que ce que l'on avait imaginé. Il est vraiment bien placé, très calme, la vue est magnifique, propre et c'est la première fois que je séjourne dans un logement aussi bien équipé."

"Le seul petit bémol concerne le matelas de la chambre parentale, qui mériterait d’être remplacé ou amélioré pour un confort optimal."

"Decoració molt bonica. Parking còmode. Terra radiant. Cuina força ben equipada."

"Armaris petits i de baixa qualitat. Faltava pellets per la calefacció, amb el preu que es paga per l’apartament haurien d’estar inclosos. Uns dels llençols baixers no encaixaven be amb el llit. No va funcionar internet ni un sol dia."

"The location was perfect for exploring old Annecy and the lake. We stayed over the Christmas period and the apartment was very pleasant and perfect for our needs, with nice touches left by the hosts. It was comfortable and of good quality, but perhaps 'luxurious' is stretching the marketing description a bit. The nearby garage was round the corner and a tight squeeze for our car but was much better than paying to park in the local car parks in the freezing temperatures."
