"Everything was so detailed before arrival and I was very well informed. The host sent a video showing how to access the apartment with very clear instructions. They also sent a message early to emphasise the small space and if it was not suitable that the free cancellation still applies. Very honest and upfront ! Lovely small space in an amazing location, everything I needed for my trip! They even had shower gel which was super helpful! Kitchen was well equipped, fast wifi, nice shower & very helpful host!"

"The sofa bed was not comfortable and I do think my back suffered a bit after two nights! Maybe a mattress topper or another quilt would’ve made this more comfortable. But I was aware it would be a sofa bed! Not the worst problem"

"Bathroom is the biggest issue, glass shelf above the sink makes brushing teeth almost mission impossible, storage under the sink is obstacle while using the toilet too"

"We loved our stay in the studio, it was lovely and clean, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable as well, and the location was absolutely perfect, with the Metro a couple of mins walk away and an abundance of places to eat virtually on the doorstep. Any queries were responded to quickly and very clearly."

"Lepic studio is een mooie en smaakvol ingerichte studio voor een prima verblijf gedurende een aantal nachten. Twee mooie, lange ramen waardoor er voldoende daglicht en frisse buitenlucht binnen komt. De studio was bij aankomst schoon en beschikt over alles wat je eventueel nodig hebt. Lepic studio ligt in de gezellige en levendige wijk Montmartre. Cafe's, restaurants en winkels liggen om de hoek alsmede een goed ingerichte supermarkt. Metrostation Blanche ligt dichtbij waardoor de studio een ideale uitvalbasis is om Parijs in te gaan. Vanuit de studio kijk je uit op een rustige binnenplaats en geeft ook een geborgen en veilig gevoel door de extra afsluitbare hoofdpoort. De communicatie met de beheerder verliep vriendelijk en aquraat. Op vragen kregen we snel een antwoord. Kortom, al met al een prima verblijf gehad."

"De badkamer is wel wat aan de kleine kant. Toilletbezoek is voor langere mensen lastig (De beheerder had dit wel vantevoren netjes gecommuniceerd)"

"L'emplacement de choix, dans un passage à l'abris du bruit, j'ai pu apprécié le calme la nuit. Une jolie décoration."

"La sale de bain est réellement trop petite, environ 1.5 m2 avec toilettes et lavabo. Le chauffe-eau permet une douche de 2 min, pas plus."
