"The location was quiet and convenient. There was parking quite near to the flat. It was very comfy with everything we needed. Damien was very helpful, explaining everything to us."

"Damien was excellent, communication was effective, he met us at the apartment and showed us around. Although we thought parking would be an issue, we never had any problems finding at least one spot on the street when we returned from the day of exploring. Location was fantastic as we were able to explore the Dinan old town and down by the river by foot. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores available a short distance by foot away. The apartment was spacious enough for four adults for two nights. Everything worked as advertised without any difficulty."

"Bien que situé en centre ville, à la limite du quartier historique, cet appart spacieux en RDC sur rue est très calme et idéal pour partir à la découverte de cette belle ville qu est Dinan Une supérette à qq mètres, sur le chemin de la vieille ville, facilite le ravitaillement La literie est confortable et la quiétude des lieux nous a permis de passer une bonne nuit N étant là que pour une nuit, nous n avons guère utilisé la cuisine Mais tout était là si nous avions eu besoin de cuisiner Du fait d une course cycliste en ville à peu de distance de l appart, nous sommes arrivés en milieu de journée sur Dinan et Damien, notre hôte, a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser accéder au logement bien avant l heure prévue Nous avons apprécié. Merci encore"

"La vue depuis le balcon, la proximité des sentiers de randonnée et des pistes, ainsi que l’agencement spacieux de l’appartement en font un lieu de séjour idéal. Deux salles de bain et deux WC offrent un confort appréciable pour les groupes ou les familles. Le parking couvert avec place nominative est un vrai plus. La literie est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, et les trois vraies chambres offrent un vrai espace de repos. De nombreux placards permettent un rangement pratique. Le linge de maison est fourni et les lits sont faits à l’arrivée. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable. La connexion Wi-Fi très haut débit est un atout supplémentaire. Le ménage est inclus dans la prestation."
