"The barge is very charming and the hosts are lovely . Sally made us the most delicious evening meal, beautifully presented and enhanced by eating out on deck with some excellent wine. Brett was very attentive and friendly. Our cabin was extremely clean and comfortable and we slept really well. We have nothing but praise for Brett and Sally , they do everything so well . Breakfast was really excellent , loads of choice and great coffee. It was a real treat and we cannot recommend this highly enough . Thanks for one of the nicest experiences of our holiday . "This place is special - firstly because the rooms and overall villa are top class, secondly because they serve you a lovely French breakfast on-site and thirdly (& most importantly) because the hospitality & kindness of the hosts is beyond first class, it's as if you're a member of the family! My friends and I are felt like we were leaving loved ones when we left because the energy and kindness from the owners (& their 2 dogs) was so heartfelt. Also the local town is only a 10-15mins walk with lots of great bars and food options. Not all restaurants are welcoming though but a special shout out to Le Royale - again, great service and food!"
