"The apartment is incredible, so big with beautiful high ceilings and extremely tastefully decorated. The beds are big and comfortable, firm mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and the host provides a detailed information sheet for the apartment, and includes restaurants and shops. Getting the key is easy and straightforward, and the communication from Carla was very clear, efficient, and friendly. The location is ideal, very central and close to everything, including the castle, which is scenic 20 min walk away. The local people were, without exception, friendly, helpful and informative. All in all, a lovely holiday."

"The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work, and the soap was somewhat watery, so we bought our own. The leaving time on the information booklet is 11am instead of 10am, which can be confusing. The toilet seat was loose."

"The apartment was fantastic, highly recommend. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Close to restaurants in square, walk 10 mins. Shops all nearby. Parking outside on street, free after 1800 hrs until 0900hrs. This apartment had everything we required to visit Carcassonne."

"The apartment was so large, there was plenty of space for two kids. Check in was easy. The cot provided was very comfortable for our baby. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. It was a little hot but the fans provided helped a little. Location was lovely, very private and in the newer town of Carcassonne so within walking distance of lots of cafes, restaurants and shops and still walkable to the medieval cité. We would definitely stay again."

"Wonderfully appointed accommodation and very clean. Just a few minutes stroll to Place Carnot and around half an hour into the heart of the cité. Excellent communication and the host went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. The building is beautiful."

"Absolutely beautiful apartment with amazing finishes. Perfect location to walk both the old and new town. Parking is available 50m away from the apartment, which it ideal. Rooms large and spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom has a fantastic shower and beautiful finishes."

"The apartment is very hot, and fans don't seem to cool the rooms down, but this is small compared to how incredible the apartment is. Perhaps some additional coffee cups."
