"Very difficult to contact them, especially on weekends. It's an agency that is closed past hours and weekends. We had the wrong keys for the main entrance of the building and had to walk somewhere else to pick them up from a locker. After taking a shower the bathroom floor was full of water. Too many rules to follow when leaving the apartment."

"We really appreciated the gigantic modern television. Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. We were swapped with another apartment at the last minute. This apartment was certainly nicer, but I could have done with the space of the other one which was bigger."

"Front door was shared with a burger shop and both doors were left open a lot of the time. Sometimes we could hear the neighbours as it was loud. Although check-in instructions were clear, due to confusion over check-in time, the code did not work and we ended up staying outside front door for 30 minutes. Noise from tram was sometimes a little noisy."

"L’emplacement, l’appart etait relativement propre, le nécessaire de linge etait fourni, le netflix compris, la salle de séjour très grande, tout le matériel fourni, la grande cuisine avec sa petite fenêtre qui donne vu sur la salle de séjour. Nous n’avons manqué de rien."

"Buena ubicación. Cerca de la estación central y del centro histórico. Puedes in caminando a ambos. Centro de compras a 50 m Buen equipamiento de cocina. Y amplia sala de estar"

"Para 6 personas un baño es poco. En el ingreso hay un piso por escaleras. Recién tiene elevador en la primer planta. Para 6 personas la disponibilidad de camas no es buena. Tiene un dormitorio y en el living dos sofá cama."

"L'emplacement , en plein centre, en face du tram et proche de tout. L'appartement est bien sauf qq détails comme la douche qui déborde sérieusement et les WC qui sont petits et mal placés . Mais dans l'ensemble , un joli appartement avec toute commodités."

"Trop de fantaisie et de tracas pour le check in et check out et le cautionnement . C vraiment stressant , surtout pour une nuit . Y'a aucun contact physique avec les tenants et comme c une agence qui en gére beaucoup d'autres ...."

"Le descriptif est inexact. Un ascenseur est en effet dans l'immeuble, mais il faut monter 24 marches avant de l'atteindre. L'agence nous a donné l'impression d'apporter un soin particulier à la propreté du lieu. Or le balcon n'avait pas été nettoyé, nous avons trouvé de la vaisselle sale à la cuisine et le sol était collant sous la table à manger. Nous avons renoncé à la douche qui inondait la salle de bain."

"Très bien placé. Proche du centre, de la gare et des bus amenant à europapark. L'appartement donne sur un pstio, loin des bruits de la rue."

"Checkin time at 16.00 is so late, and checkout at 10.00 is too early for me The pin code is not working at first, hopefully they fast response when we make a call /chat to get a new one"
