Propriétaire agréable et compréhensif lorsqu'une problématique d'organisation s'est posée pour le départ. Logement bien équipé pour cuisiner de manière autonome (plaques, micro-ondes, frigo, congélateur, etc.). Petit espace extérieur "privé" appréciable. Fonctionnel et pratique pour un séjour aussi bien propice au travail qu'à une semaine de concours étudiant nécessitant concentration, praticité et confort de sommeil et récupération en fin de journée.
