"Location is perfect, apartment is modern and cozy, convenient with the kids, had everything that we needed. Everything was clean. Very convenient parking. Plus simple and quick communication with the host. It was not yet too hot when we were staying, hence in summer should be a cool place, has air conditioning in all rooms. "I stayed in this apartment with my wife and two kids in early August 2025. It’s perfect for families, with two separate rooms each having its own toilet. The furniture is not new, but comfortable and cozy. The apartment is very well equipped—everything you need is there (utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, towels, etc.). The highlight is the amazing view of Monaco and the sea, best enjoyed from the spacious balcony, which is perfect for evening cocktails. We didn’t experience any noise from neighbors, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is excellent—very close to the Casino and Larvotto Beach (just use the elevators to get there easily). Underground parking is included in the price, which was very convenient. There’s also a food store nearby. The host was available online, but honestly, everything was so clear and well-organized that we didn’t need much assistance. Thank you for a well-equipped apartment and great service!"
