"The location was so handy to walk into the old town and we cycled around the lake. Very clean."
"Just a bit poorly furnished for such a modern new building. No air con. Small details - not 4 bowls for a family of 4. Parking was underground and garage wouldn’t accommodate our Renault Trafic. The host kindly had us park in the visitors space but we had complaints about our vehicle being too long and blocking the other garages."

"Appartamento situato in un moderno complesso residenziale con ampi spazi verdi sulla collina di Annecy. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato; in pochi minuti si scende sul lago e nel centro della città. L'appartamento, pulitissimo, ha una zona pranzo ed una camera matrimoniale. Entrambe hanno accesso ad un terrazzo con tavolo per mangiare e sdraio. La cucina è dotata di ogni servizio. Chistophe è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile."

"Ottima la posizione vicino al centro. Appartamento molto moderno in un bel contesto. Il letto matrimoniale un pochino stretto mentre il divano letto molto ampio e comodo. La cucina ben attrezzata con forni lavatrice e lavastoviglie e frigo Smeg. Le padelle antiaderenti sarebbero forse da sostituire. Perfetto il posto auto. Comodissima la boulangereie sotto casa che sforna dolci da 10 e lode."

La grande terrasse équipée. Les lingeries et serviettes sont fournies et très propre pour les 2 couchages L’ascenseur qui mène directement à l’emplacement de parking souterrain. La sécurité et le cadre du complexe."
"Le canapé lit pas très confortable. La batterie de cuisine pourrait être remplacée et un peu mieux achalandée en casseroles et verres à eau, enfin nous étions 4… pour 2 c’est très correct . Nous aimons cuisiner, mais les amateurs de restaurant seront gâtés. La vue à l’arrière du bâtiment!"

"L’appartement bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, tout près de la mer et à courte distance du centre-ville, où l’on trouve de très bons restaurants ainsi que des boutiques de souvenirs. Un parking privé est disponible à proximité, ce qui est très appréciable. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique, très réactive et flexible : nous avons pu arriver avant l’heure prévue et le départ s’est fait sans aucune pression, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. L’appartement est de taille modeste, mais parfaitement adapté pour nous trois. Il est entièrement équipé, avec absolument tout le nécessaire — et même au‑delà — ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme à la maison. Mention spéciale pour le wifi gratuit et la télévision avec Netflix, un vrai plus. La vue sur la mer depuis le balcon vitré est magnifique. C’était un réel plaisir de prendre nos repas tout en profitant de ce panorama exceptionnel."
