Comfortable, clean and a great panoramic view where you can eat at the table on the balcony or on the comfy table and chairs inside. Easy to dry clothes too. The fan was fantastic for this time of year with the silent mode. The shower was great. Local shops within easy walking distance as well as Nice centre by tram or bus. A great base to stay."
