"Small but reasonable size apartment, split between 2 floors with access on street level. No designated parking spot but possible to park outside free. Ideal stop over (we stayed in 3 nights) all facilities very good. host very quick response if you have any query. Nearby with supermarket. Recommend to anyone and definitely will stay here again soon"

"The blind on the velux window was broken, so light shone in very early in the morning which wasn't ideal as we had a 3 year old who then woke up. But aside from this - the stay was perfect! Would stay here again."

"Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung der Küche und Wohnzimmer ist funktionell. Bett war bequem. die Klimaanlage haben wir zwar nicht gebraucht aber für Dachgeschosswohnung ist ein guter Gedanke."

"Leuke kleine appartement. Leuk ingericht. Nette buurt. 1 2 persoonsbed en 1 slaapbank in kleine ruimte. Er waren geen extra lakes maar die werden metteen gebracht toen we belden. Goede communicate met de host."
"Je hebt een auto nodig om in centrum te komen. Met nog wat klein onderhoud zal het er beter uit kunnen zien. Zonnescherm in slaapkamer is kapot,kon niet dicht"

"Most beautiful apartment ever. We had the LOVELIEST time. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute walk from every bar, restaurant and shop in Old Town Annecy. Very comfortable and the decor was a surprise! Perfect for a romantic couples’ holiday. The attention to detail was amazing. My only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! We stayed during a heatwave, the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius but the temperature inside the apartment was very comfortable and cool."
