I was also a big fan of how easy it was to access the beach from the hostel, and how sociable it was, as the other people staying there were absolutely lovely and very easy to talk to. Matt was a great host and I would highly recommend a stay."

"I had a wonderful stay at Maison Bisca. The Hostel and especially the garden were wonderful. Lots of places to chill, quiet area, big terrace, a nice outdoor kitchen (grill and big plancha, a nice handmade chicken coop, trees and lot of other things. Mathieu, the host, created this all at his own with a lot of sweat, love and creativity. You can see that he loves what he’s doing. Very hospitable!!! The rooms were clean, the kitchen was big with everything you need. 10minutes walk to the beach. The other guests also were very friendly and nice!"

"The house itself with cool surf decoration and nice roms and the garden with the hanging chairs! The manager was great and very helpful! The location is very close to the food shop and a only a short walk to the beautiful, spectacular beaches with great bars and also close to the lively village with lots of nice shops and restaurants. La maison bisca and Biscarosse became the whole family’s favourite place during our car trip around the Atlantic coast! Thank you from the Swedish family!"

"I absolutely loved the decor. Everything was so well thought out and organized. Very relaxed and spacious. The location was perfect. You can park your car and not use it during your stay! You can easily walk to the beach from the house. The dune du pyla is only a 20 mins drive away!! We loved the darts, the use of the children's body board and the skim board. Thank Mathieu and Louna for a fantastic stay. And a huge well done Mathieu for visualizing and realising this incredible place! It's obvious that alot of love, care and thought has gone into it. I booked this with my two boys who are 14 and 11 as I wanted them to experience staying in a hostel. To help open their eyes to a travelling world and how hostels work. They absolutely loved it. Fully recommend!!"

"La maison est idéalement située, près des commerces et de la plage. Équipée et pensée avec tout le nécessaire, le vrai plus selon moi étant le jardin qui est super agréable ! Mathieu organise parfois des dîners qui permettent à tous de se rencontrer dans une super ambiance. Vraiment un lieu au top !"

"J’ai eu assez chaud dans les dortoirs car je dormais dans un lit en hauteur et que les températures étaient très hautes à Biscarosse lors de mon séjour. Peut-être qu’un ventilateur pourrait rafraîchir un petit peu le dortoir :)"

"J'ai tout aimé à la maison Bisca, l'endroit correspondait exactement à ce que je recherchais! un lieu proche de la plage et des commodités, où je pouvais me déplacer à pied et à vélo (pas de voiture pendant les vacances), un endroit accueillant, reposant. A la maison Bisca nous pouvons faire de très agréables rencontres, comme nous pouvons aussi trouver un espace à nous selon nos envies. A la maison Bisca, rien n'est imposé :-)"
