"Mickael met me upon arrival and was very friendly and welcoming. He showed me around the property, which was very clean and comfortable, and said I could keep my bicycle inside overnight. He also said I didn't need to rush to leave in the morning as there was no-one booked for the following night. That was very helpful as it was pouring with rain in the morning and I was able to delay my departure. The property was well-equipped."

"The apartment was very clean and the location was excellent, close to shops, the beach, and the city center. It was a comfortable place overall, ideal for a short visit. However, the kitchen was quite limited in terms of equipment, so if you’re planning to cook, you might find it lacking some basic items. Also, there was no washing machine, which could be a downside for longer stays. The host was responsive and check-in went smoothly. With a few small improvements, this place could be even better."
"Very nice apartment in the old part of Nice city center. Very central with plenty of culinary options, attractions, and access to the beach. The apartment was quiet at night, despite being only 2 min walk from wine and cocktail bars. All very good!."

"Everything! This is a delightful house at the end of a no through lane. Although there are neighbours no more than 100m away, the house felt secluded and was very peaceful. Prior to our arrival, we had extensive communication with the proprietor's nephew, who spoke very good English and could not have been more helpful. The proprietor, an elderly gentleman, was there to greet us along with the concierge. They spent some time showing us around and making sure we knew where everything was. We had a long stay (6 weeks) and during that time, the proprietor dropped by three or four times to make sure we had everything we needed and that there were no problems. Even though our French was very limited and he spoke no English, we were able to communicate without too much difficulty. All in all, a great stay in a nice location with a very attentive and friendly owner. Would thoroughly recommend!"
