"Die Landschaft ist wunderschön und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Der Ausritt hat Spaß gemacht und die Sattlerei ist sehenswert. Zum Rennradfahren ist die Gegend ideal. Es gibt viele kleine Straßen in guter Qualität. Wir konnten im See von Geradmer baden und haben sehr schöne Wanderungen gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"What a great welcome we had on our arrival. Valerie and Bruno are superb hosts. They manage a beautiful home in a great location. We were only there for one night but in that time we realised they would make great friends. When we are back in this part of France this would definitely be our go to place to stay. We were sorry to leave. Great breakfast cooked while we sampled the local fruit and bread/juice. Their hospitality was outstanding. Thank you so much. We are planning to return."
"Everything good that was said before about La Greande Mare, is sbsolutely true. The host was most friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was well laid out, superbly and tastefully furnished. An absolute pleasure to stay. Breakfast was ample, tasty and served in an equally beautiful breakfast room with a view onto a beautiful pool area. Really worth a revisit. Also, a special word of thanks and appreciation to Madame Claude Gilbert for her help in sourcing a garage when we encountered the loss of a car tire. Thank you Madame, your assistance aided in us continuing our holiday trip."
