"Dunke is well situated for exploring Dunkirk. It was easy to find with satnav, and had street parking outside. Once we had worked out the code and key box access was easy. The studio was small, but fine for one night. It contained all we needed for the night stay."

"Despite being in the centre of Dunkirk it is still a fair distance from the ferry port, this was our own fault for not checking properly, but guests should be aware of this. Otherwise nothing to dislike."

"I quite like everthing. You receive a key to the room without meeting anyone and quite simple to do so( good system. they send you instruction how to get it and it was easy). The room was clean and functional. I looked at the pictures of booking.com very carefullly before chooseing a room and it was exactly what I get. There were nice bath towels and pretty tea towels, dish washing product so on, everything is quite well-though. I was worrying about position of power points to use PC as I couldn't see it in photos, but there was no need to worry. There were power points near table and in useful position. The room looks slightly better than photos. The location was perfect for my purpose. It was close to the station and city as well."

"It had a small kitchen and everything in the apartment was clean and functional. Svetlana provided excellent instructions and was very responsive. The location was close to Jan Bart place."

"We could only open one panel of the garage door and it was too narrow to get our tandem through, so we had to bring it through the main hall and into the garage that way, which involved a couple of steps. It would be great if space could be found for a comfy chair to relax in. Access to laundry facilities would be excellent. The laundromat nearby appeared to be closed."

"We booked 20 minutes before arriving all the info we needed had been sent to me by the time we arrived. Exceptionally clean & bright, bed was very comfortable. Nice big shower with lovely towels Location was good for restaurants nearby. Road side parking."

"I would have liked to give the highest rating, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It was difficult to sleep there, especially for the child. It's a shame, because although the owners take great care of the place and clean it very well, smoking indoors should be penalized."
