"Nous avons passé un super court séjour chez Monique qui a été aux petits soins. Monique est la personne qu'on a envie de rencontrer plus souvent, une femme qui a le coeur sur la main, à la fois discrète et présente, elle sait prendre la juste place. Le logement est parfait avec une salle de bain et un WC qu'elles nous a privatisé. On s'est senti comme à la maison, dans une chambre qui donnait sur la piscine et le jardin. Nos vélos étaient bien en sécurité dans le garage. L'emplacement est proche du canal du midi et au calme. Une adresse parfaite avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et un petit-déjeuner possible très bon et copieux. Merci Monique !"

"Very beautiful house with all comforts, totally renovated and designed with great taste, beautiful garden and terrace for breakfast (really good with fresh bakery and very tasty jams), spacious living space with a lot of light and an open kitchen, easy parking, strategic location 10 min to Deauville/Trouville. We loved our stay here for 9 nights while we were on our day-to-day discovery trips of Normandy, it’s shores, war beaches and memorials. Special compliments to Valerie, owner of this beautiful place, who was always present and very helpful in everything! Very recommended!"

"What a wonderful house in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, right next to the dunes – perfect for long walks, even all the way to the other coast. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away and is wide, peaceful, and dog-friendly. The house itself has everything you need: a comfortable living area, a spacious open kitchen fully equipped with everything imaginable, a utility room, and clean, modern bathrooms. Upstairs there’s a lovely seating area on the landing with a view over the nature reserve. Everything was spotless, and the large fenced garden was perfect for my dog. We had all kinds of weather, including a heatwave, and to my surprise there was air conditioning – such a relief, especially for my dog, as walking to the beach was too hot at times. The host, Laura, was amazing – always quick to respond and very helpful. If you’re looking for space and quiet, especially outside the high season, this place is a gem."
