"This small apartment was of high quality. It was well presented, very clean and very well appointed. Being on the ground floor was a big bonus - only two (steep) steps up from the street. Amazing good fortune as the lady owner appeared fortuitously as we were failing to contact the telephone number provided for access details. She let us in and then phoned her husband for us so that we could make official contact. A terrific artisan boulangerie is 5 minutes walk away down the hill."

There is a supermarket a couple of doors down and cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the tube is within easy reach. The location made it very easy to navigate around the main touristy spots."

"The room was clean. The view was majestic as a rooftop room, where you can see the snowy mountains from a far early in the morning. Heating was good enough. Toiletries were supplied. The most important is it is just a thrown stow away from the train station which means we don’t need to carry all our stuff from the train."
