"The property was beautiful with great attention to detail. Each room was themed with vintage decor from the ‘adventurers’ room based around Jules Verne to the tasteful Marilyn Monroe styled room. The garden was well kept with ample furniture in the garden. With a side access we were able to store both our car roof box and bike while we stayed."

"From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very much at home. The charming host is as helpful as he is welcoming and was also very knowledgable about the area. The house is filled to the brim with a multitude of wonderful art and interesting antiques, you are surround by creativity and history. Our bedroom looked right out to sea, and listening to the gentle waves (in the very comfortable bed) made for an excellent sleep. The breakfast was particularly delicious, with freshly baked bread and a variety of different condiments, pastries, teas, coffees, fruit and the option of eggs. The table was also full of good conversation with good people. A perfect way to start our day exploring the local area. We are already looking forward to our next stay."
