"The checking process was quite flawed. We kept waiting for the location and checking information promised in an email that never arrived. Then we were asked what time we would arrive and I responded twice with the time and yet no one was there and we never had an entry code so we were waiting on the street for 30 minutes. I called several times and finally after several calls got a message back they would be there in 10 minutes. Finally when we were met after having another resident let us into the courtyard we were to told he didn’t see our emails because he was on vacation. All together NOT a Greta way to start a visit."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Heizung war auch angeschaltet und als wir reingegangen sind, war sehr angenehm warm. Wir waren zu viert dort als Familie. Uns hat alles gepasst und gefallen, besonders Mini-Billard 😁. Es gibt alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sogar ein niedlicher Hund von Nachbarn 🙂🫶.
