"Maison très confortable et spacieuse, au calme dans un écrin de verdure. Les 2 appartements sont tres fonctionnels, et permettent d avoir une certaine independance entre le haut et le bas que nos enfants ont bien appréciée. Les equipements sont de bon niveau et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Enfin nos hôtes etaient tres aimables et reactifs, et ont meme accepté exceptionnellement de nous laisser la maison jusqu à 14h00 le dernier jour, ce qui était très appréciable."

"Wir waren zu dritt Gast und haben fast ausschließlich die erste Etage genutzt. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles in gutem Zustand. Unten konnten wir im zweiten Bad ebenfalls duschen und unsere Fahrräder perfekt abstellen. Eiswürfelkühlschrank vorhanden 😊. Intuitive Bedienung aller technischen Geräte. Oben für vier Personen gute und große Betten, unten nochmal 2 Schlafzimmer mit 3 vollwertigen Doppelbetten. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und man freut sich über eine gute Ausstattung an Gewürzen, Spültabs usw. Einwandfreie Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern zum Checkin. Das einzige was man wissen muss, die beiden Etagen sind nicht direkt verbunden und nur über den Aussenbereich zugänglich. Für uns kein Problem. Kommen gerne wieder. Sicher eine der besten Lagen am Bassin."

"The place was beautifully renovated and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay. Beach chairs, an outdoor cooking plancha, complete cooking utensils and shampoo and conditioner. The hosts were also very responsive. We reached to them directly instead of using the Booking.com app since it was our first trip and they were very easy to speak to in English instead of French."

"De rustige omgeving. Het huisje was heel erg schoon"
"The location is perfect. Just off the seafront, near to restaurants, the port, the promenade. You can walk everywhere. Parking is just below the apartment and is in a private car park, through a coded security gate. We had arranged a meet and greet time, but arrived much earlier than we had anticipated but it was not a problem. Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful. The apartment was ideal for two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was excellent quality. There is heating in all the rooms for cooler nights. The balcony is very peaceful and a lovely place to sit and have your meals. Although we didn't use the pool, preferring the sea instead, it looked lovely, though it shuts at the end of September for the winter. Benodet is a beautiful seaside town and has a wonderful safe beach and great facilities. We highly recommend the apartment and Benodet."
