"The breakfast was of a good standard with plenty of choice, e.g. scrambled egg, croissant, bread, jams, fruit juice, choice of coffee, etc. This made the breakfast interesting and provided a good start for the day."

"There was no or poor lighting in the entrance to the hotel in the evening. This made it difficult to enter my 'code access' to get into the building. Our room (204 in Hotel (2)) was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, when I used the bathroom I found that there was no hot water for the wash basin, or if there was hot water it would have taken a long time to come through, and I did not want to waste water. Also, having put (cold) water into the wash basin I could not undo the plug (by depressing it) to allow the water to drain away."

"La salle de bain.... la douchette était réparée avec du scotch, mais fuyait quand même. Le fait que la paroi de douche ne soit pas continue ..... projections d'eau sur le sol de la salle d'eau, du coup tout reste humide"
