"Cute little appartment, well equipped with all the necessary for a short stay, very handily located for the beach, shops and restaurants, the tram line, the airport etc . I thought the bed would be a bit uncomfortable, with the ceiling being so low, but it was easy to move it outwards to create a more spacious feeling. As noone was coming in the same day, the landlord very kindly let us leave our things there until the afternoon, which made life much easier for us."
"The wooden stairs to the upstairs sleeping/living area are quite narrow and steep; we were careful, and it was ok for us, but not ideal for anyone with physical limitations."
"We had a great stay at Aoustin, Melina was absolutely lovely and always responded to messages quickly. She was really flexible with our check in and check out times which made our departure day much more enjoyable. The studio feels much larger than the photos show, and there are some new additions including air conditioning which are not shown in the photos. The broken sink which is mentioned in previous reviews has been replaced so this is no longer an issue :)"

"Very friendly host. The location is a bit outside the center, but that's what it says in the description. Right next to the sea and public transport (tram and bus). Very quiet at night."

"The location is great, 2 min from the beach, and 2.5km from centre. There is a tram station nearby so you can go to the airport or the city centre directly , via one line. Place is quiet and clean and has everything you need for a few days. There are a few supermarkets and bakeries in a short distance."

"Very nice place to stay for couple or three person if you come for pleasure to Nice. Not far from the city centre and all necessary shops nearby. The owner is very responsive. I did not mention distance to the seaside - it goes without saying. Also it’s very convenient get to/from airport. Recommend."

"A lovely traditional Alsace house with courtyard garden and secure off-street/under-cover parking. The house has been in the owner's family for many years and has a lovely old-charm feel to it, with a nice mix of modern and old. The house was beautifully prepared, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Whilst our host Claude was unable to meet us himself, he ensured that a friend and neighbour was available an hour or so after we arrived to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. Communication was great and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The house is on a corner of the main square, looking across to the Town Hall, but Epfig is a only a small village and it was nice to be able to open our windows and feel like a local for a day or two! The church is just a few steps away from the house and the bells do strike on each quarter hour (6am to 10pm), but we really didn't find it a problem at all - it was all part of the atmosphere!"
