The breakfast was prepared with so much love and heart – always fresh and delivered to our accommodation every morning. You could really feel the care and passion in every detail. Christine is an great host. She takes such loving care of her guests and is always attentive and genuinely committed to making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We felt perfectly looked after and completely at home throughout our stay. Thank you so much for everything. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back one day."

"Cute place with lots of quirky garden ornaments everywhere. Our little house was everything we needed. No English spoken which was fun. Breakfast was very filling. You definitely need a car to get about, which was fine for us as we are on a road trip."

"At Finca Agroecológica El Rosal, I was treated as a special member of the family! Lily, Hermania and Ramiro warmly welcomed my friend and I, then arranged a set of tours to fill the afternoon and the next morning. We toured their 100% organic farm, learned about all the natural products they produce, met the animals and gawked at the beautiful vistas. After an amazing lunch, we helped harvest coffee cherries, then ground and roasted them for a delicious cup of Cafe Intag. For the evening, we harvested yuca, and made "pan de yuca" over the wood fire before settling into another delicious meal. In the morning we got to see where the women of the community harvest aloe vera and process it into natural cosmetics. The whole weekend was a lesson in biodynamic agriculture and generosity from a wonderful family living remotely in the beautiful Intag Valley! Don't hesitate to visit this Finca!"
