Meijer's Rust er stofnaður á bóndabæ sem er umkringdur Swartberg-fjöllunum og 1 km frá Meiringspoort þar sem finna má gljúfur og fossa. There is no ‘lounge space’ to relax comfortably inside - in my view it would be better to replace the bunk beds with a sofa. Finally, it is important to note the there is a sign saying not to drink tap water (and no bottled water is provided), which is okay except that we did not know in advance so were not prepared."
