"Reception staff and outdoor bartenders very lovely. Good and central location, if noise bothers you - request a room on the opposite side to the sea. Nice hot tub and pool which are open till 11pm. Restaurant is pricey but other options within walking distance. Avoid the hotel taxi service if possible, extortionate for no good reason - local taxi services will offer much better. Overall, lovely hotel and definitely the nicest we saw in GT, but do not expect 5 star service for the 5 star price"
Poor attitude from some of the restaurant staff, remedied by others but did detract from the high level service expected for the price tag. Mixed attitudes from housekeepers one lady in particular was quite rude, a request to return later for the service met with an eye roll. Again, most others, lovely.
