"The location is situated in a very quiet atmosphere, ideally surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets to suit your dining needs and nearby shopping needs. The view at Fourteen is breathtaking and calming. The location ensured a pleasant and secured stay."

"The language barrier for the appliances was a bit challenging to understand. So maybe a few tips or a demonstration on how to utilize. For instance, how the rules of stay were applied, there should also be one for the appliances in order to prevent damage."

"1401 is the place to stay if you want a central location to a small score of locally owned restaurants/grocery stores, a beautiful beach (Mullet Bay) all within a 5 min walk, gated parking, a well-appointed apartment with every amenity one could possibly want with an amazing view and the most attentive, knowledgeable host. I have nothing but rave reviews and would highly recommend."

"I wasn't aware that breakfast was included/ available in the package. I provided my own breakfast"

"I honestly wasn't aware of the checkout time, therefor I will say that should have been communicated to us upon arrival, what else what available to us on the property for instance the previous question spoke of breakfast, we weren't told whether or not breakfast was complementary, I am not even aware there was a restaurant on the property. I do apologies if it was mentioned in an email, because I didn't read them in their entirety. All in all we had a great time at Ocean front bliss, and I would recommend to anyone I know travelling to St. Martin."
