"Everything exceeded my expectations. The area is huge and althouhh the property is shared with other renters, we were still at peace. The place was also beautifully decorated, well equipped, and the bathroom was excellent - water pressure was a dream and heated quickly. Bed was also super comfy. Also loved the organic farm just 2minute walk away!! I would genuinely come again!"

"Just a bit of mosquitos which woke us up here and there - however this was expected and in fact warned by the host so I cannot completely complain about this."

"A very spacious and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything needed for a stay — from an iron and children’s toys to spices for anyone who wants to cook. The host has thought of everything; she is very pleasant and helpful. A bottle of sparkling water and Dolce Gusto coffee capsules are a perfect touch for those arriving late at night, so they can refresh themselves. Mgarr, as a region, is excellent for those who want to explore Malta but prefer to avoid crowds and busy tourist areas. The lively area around the church is ideal for experiencing the Maltese vibe in the sun, while enjoying specialties made from rabbit and horse meat."

"The only downside is the humidity that can be felt in the apartment, but I assume that high humidity is usual for the whole Malta."

"It´s a beautiful restored villa, in a nice big private domain. The garden and terraces are great to relax and enjoy the scenery. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was well equipped. Dominic was a nice and responsive host!"

"There were some defects. 1 of the 3 wellness facilities wasn´t working. The jets of the bath tub inside didn´t work. The garden could use a clean up: e.g. lots of unneccessary furniture around the property. The cottage is more basic than the main house. And the fact that you can only use the wellness on set times is limiting, although it´s mentioned in the ad. The property has a lot of potential, with some adjustments it could be 10/10."

"Location is very quite, a bit far away from the most crowded areas (which we don't like). Because of that, value for money is much better than other properties. The owner Liam is a very nice guy, full of attention for customers and dispensing advice for a better stay. Communication with the host was fast and always available to accommodate our requests."

"Absolutely loved our 15 night stay in this apartment! It exceeded our expectations in so many ways - the apartment was very spacious, really clean and the host thinks of everything you will need and has it there ie cot, high chair, potty, iron, hair dryer etc. Plus, when we arrived there was staples to get us started (milk, bread, coffee, toilet paper etc) - took the stress off us to rush out and buy these things with 2 little kids in tow. The location of the apartment is excellent with just a few minutes walk to supermarkets and delicious restaurants. We would stay here again."

"The bed in the main room could be softer, but that just seems to be how they are in Malta and is just my personal preference."
