"The building itself is not in good shape (the room is perfectly ok). The TV didn't work. The came to fix it, but later it still didn't work. There weren't a shabbat elevator"

"Perfect location, really 3 mins to the beach. Supermarket is in waking distance 10 mins. Parking always has some place, no issue. Neighbors are mostly elders, so place is super quite from people noise perspective, some noise from the street, but far below discomfort levels. Amazing view from the terrace, best in town I guess. Big terrace, lot of space for sunbathing and dinning. Jacuzzi is nice thing to chill in. Flat has quite enough towels and other home stuff, so for a long stay it's very well arranged here. Owner is super responsive, always available, all issues get solved next day latest."
