"Our stay in the Faroe Islands was unforgettable, mostly thanks to this accommodation. The house is truly homely, authentic and perfectly integrated into the surroundings – we felt like part of the local story. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring the island and enjoying the peace and nature. Everything was tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hosts were extremely hospitable and ready to help with advice on excursions and local experiences. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of the Faroe Islands!"

"Location was brilliant - close to Torshavn but surrounded by lovely countryside, waterfalls and walking paths. The sitting / dining area was spacious; the kitchen very well equipped. We loved the fact that the house is surrounded on three sides by a duck and goose pen!"

"We didn't sleep well due to the fact that the beds were very small and the bed-linen was synthetic fibre so we over-heated at nights. The windows had security locks so we were not able to open them properly to let cool air in. There seemed to be no way of altering the temperature in the house, so the bedrooms were always far too warm for us. And we really needed a bath for after long hikes!"
