"On a positive note, the hotel offers unlimited hot water, which is much better than in many other hotels. The parking area is large and convenient, and the room had a bathtub, which was a nice addition. The hotel also has two elevators, which made moving around the building faster and more convenient. The reception staff spoke very good English, making communication easy and pleasant. We also appreciated the possibility of late check-out, which added extra comfort to our stay."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even I did not speak much Bulgarian, we still managed to sort everything out. The receptionist even ordered a taxi for me, which took less than 5 minutes, because it wasn't working via my app. I'll definitely stay again, whe I have an early morning flight."

"Unfortunately there was no electric kettle in the room. Maybe you can leave a note with WiFi passport somewhere in the room on the table/ TV cabinet.. I didn't find it and was too tired to go downstairs again to ask."

"There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. I thought that was part of the description., I may be wrong. The bed was really comfortable, the staff were so friendly and obliging. The shower room was clean and more than adequate. There was a switch to turn the bathroom fan off, which was a bonus. Breakfast was a pizza, it was a first for me, but quite tasty. That was all there was. it’s a bar downstairs that does tea and coffee. Though they did have English breakfast tea, which was really very pleasant. The staff are the strength of hotel milenium, nice people."

"No English speaking member of staff. I found the language barrier daunting. My fault I don’t know any Bulgarian. However, the receptionist captured an English speaking Bulgarian gentleman off the street, as he was walking his dog. Who did a wonderful job of interpreting for myself and the lovely receptionist. Thank you kind lady, for ordering me a taxi. I appreciated you very much."

"Very nice place to stay with great view and yard and wonderful hosts. Perfect for quick escape from the day-to-day life as it is very close to the city, but practically in the mountains. Bunch of restaurants, shops and other places around."

"Clean, comfortable bed, able to cook, easily accessible toilet and separate bathroom. Balcony.Quiet location with metro 10min walk, 20mins to city centre, 9mins to Airport. Nice lake nearby, supermarkets one with hot food. Lovely helpful kind caring lady who made us feel at home! +TV 100+channels and YouTube wi fi. Fridge in room Breakfast was very good 👍 lovely little cat who never came into our bedroom."

"We have stayed in Sofia quite a few times before and this apartment is a real gem. The host met us with keys and was very quick and clear with their messages. The apartment is clean and spacious and better than the photos. It is very central with a nice little restaurant called YUGO around the corner. We have young kids and this was a great spot and we all felt very comfortable and cosy."
